PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for accurately determining the insulation resistance of an object to be tested in a thunder impulse withstand voltage test.;SOLUTION: A thunder impulse withstand voltage test system according to the invention, comprises: a recorded waveform data acquisition unit 110 for acquiring recorded waveform data RD in an application of a thunder impulse voltage to an object to be tested; a wave front region extraction unit 112 for extracting a wave front region core portion Wf which is a portion of a wave front region W1 between a first threshold value or more and a second threshold value or less; a wave rear region extraction unit 114 for extracting a wave rear region core portion Wr which is a portion of a wave rear region W2 between a third threshold value or less and a fourth threshold value or more; a reference waveform calculation unit 116 for calculating a reference waveform function BC by performing a regression analysis on an equation (1) using data of the wave front region core portion Wf and the wave rear region core portion Wr; and an insulation resistance determination unit 118 for calculating an overshoot ratio OSr on the basis of the reference waveform function BC and the recorded waveform data RD.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
