PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer authentication authority from a first information terminal to a second information terminal to enable the second information terminal to receive the same authentication service and the same authentication authority as the first information terminal.;SOLUTION: A token issuing station 30 generates a challenge P when confirming that a first open key certificate of a first information terminal 20-1 and a second open key certificate of a second information terminal 20-2 are valid. The second information terminal 20-2 generates and transmits a response Q to the challenge P to the token issuing station 30, transmits the response Q as a challenge to the first information terminal 20-1, and when receiving a response R to the challenge Q from the first information terminal 20-1, transmits the response R to the token issuing station 30.
