PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a check point creating technique capable of efficiently transmitting/receiving a marker and reducing communication amount through a network in a distribution system thereby reducing processing required for transmitting/receiving.SOLUTION: A service thread executes a processing responding to a request from an application or the like which operates on a distribution system; an execution record of each service thread is stored as a request log; when a marker arrives at a distribution processing device for the first time, a check point thread updates a stop flag to indicate a stop of the service thread; before the service thread executes processing responding to the request, or when a flag thread periodically refers to the stop flag and when the stop flag indicates the stop of the service thread, the processing of the service thread is stopped; when the service threads stored in an execution list and a stop list agree with each other, the request log is stored in a storage area which is not lost by a failure.
