PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain a high-accurate analysis result by using a fluorescent X-ray analysis method for a test solution which is prepared by using an official analysis method, in an analysis of a content and an elution amount of soil. PSOLUTION: A method is provided, which includes: the step of insolubilizing and concentrating soil extraction liquid obtained by mixing a collected soil sample with water or hydrochloric acid and centrifuging the mixture; and the step of simultaneously analyzing a content multielement component by applying a fluorescent X-ray analysis to the concentrated soil extraction liquid. Therefore, an analysis object element is reprocessed accurately at a rate of 100%. Furthermore, since the soil extraction liquid is concentrated after the insolubilization, an analysis to be continued at a concentration level in a soli elution amount test (the elution amount is a half of a reference value) is enabled so as to be excellent in reproducibility. Even in using a ferrous flocculant, an aluminum thin film is used as a material of a secondary filter, thereby enabling influence of a sum peak of iron to be eliminated, and enabling a peak (Lβ) of lead to be separated efficiently.
