PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temporomandibular arthrosis diagnosis support system equipped with a pain detector and a temporomandibular arthrosis diagnosis support device equipped with the pain detector, which allow the relationship between the trajectory of a mouth opening and closing motion and a position of pain, and the position of maximum pain to be visually understood by combining the result of the trajectory of the mouth opening and closing motion and the result of pain measurement. PSOLUTION: The temporomandibular arthrosis diagnosis support system equipped with a pain detector and the temporomandibular arthrosis diagnosis support apparatus equipped with the pain detector are developed by combining: lower anterior tooth motion tracking means for obtaining the whole trajectory of the mouth opening and closing motion; means for combining the pain occurring position and the maximum pain position obtained by a pain measuring device with the whole trajectory of the mouth opening and closing motion, and analyzing and displaying the results; and temporomandibular joint noise analysis means for detecting a frame image in which temporomandibular joint noise in the mouth opening and closing motion is generated.
