PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traffic navigation device and system for an electric vehicle, providing information on the optimum charging stand to a user of the electric vehicle. PSOLUTION: The traffic navigation device for the electric vehicle, extracts charging stands existing within a travellable distance based on a battery remaining amount of the electric vehicle, when the device receives information transmitted from the electric vehicle, determines a charging stand satisfying predetermined conditions for the electric vehicle as an optimum charging stand, from among the extracted charging stands, and transmits information on this determined optimum charging stand to the electric vehicle; and the traffic navigation system for the electric vehicle includes the traffic navigation device, traffic control equipment, and charging stands, and allots the optimum charging stand determined to the electric vehicle.
