PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an action base specification system capable of automatically specifying an action base of a user.;SOLUTION: The action base specification system includes means of associating and storing a positioning point and positioning time of positioning of a current position sent from a portable terminal in a prescribed database; means of generating basic data in which the positioning point and positioning time are associated with a plurality of mesh areas obtained by dividing a map into meshes; means of calculating, as action base parameters, at least two of the number of positioning days, the number of times of positioning, and a stay time in each mesh area within a predetermined period, and generating mesh data associated with the respective mesh areas; means of calculating action base likelihood of the mesh areas by using values of the two action base parameters according to respective priority levels; and means of specifying a mesh area having the largest calculated action base likelihood as an action base mesh area.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
