PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a smaller device size in a heat exchanger device and a heating element storing device using the same.;SOLUTION: The heat exchanger device includes a box body 12b provided on the front side of a body case 12. The box body 12b includes a resin-made scroll casing for covering a blowing fan 13 and a cubic metallic case for covering a heat exchanger 14, which are provided in an integrated manner, and a wedge-shaped dent having the back surface side as an apex, or a wedge-shaped projection swollen toward the inner surface is formed on the side surface of the box body 12b.
