PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simply producing pancreatic stem cells derived from adult's pancreatic cells, and further to make the pancreatic stem cells derived from an adult body, contribute to the differentiation to another cell type.;SOLUTION: This method for producing the pancreatic stem cells derived from the adult's pancreatic cells is provided by applying complete cell-culturing liquid containing serum and a proliferating factor on a cell-culturing dish coated with an extracellular organic material and culturing pancreatic acinar cells.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
