PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, device, and method which enable a user to confirm an information medium or the like to easily and accurately access information relating to the information medium by his or her intent and facilitate inexpensive renewal (replacement) of the information medium.;SOLUTION: In the near-field wireless terminal management system, an information medium including information accessed by the user is provided with an identifier. When the information medium is renewed to (replaced with) a new information medium, the new information medium can be easily identified by reading the identifier.
