PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for supporting the definition of the range of power interruption and the definition of an uninterruptible method. PSOLUTION: The support system of a power interruption work program includes: a system database 21 which stores a power distribution system including a position of an electric pole and the state of the laying of an electric wire; a material database 22 which stores material information such as the presence or absence of the past installation of an uninterruptible material to the electric pole, and a temporary installation condition of the uninterruptible material; an input part 31 which inputs the electric pole to be worked; and a definition task 33 which finds the necessity of the temporary installation of the uninterruptible material so that the range of the object to be interrupted becomes small, and the kind and the position of the uninterruptible material which may be temporarily installed, when performing work to the electric pole which is input by the input part 31 on the basis of the power distribution system stored in the system database 21 and the material information stored in the material database 22.
