PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a rental system of a carrier which can be reused in physical distribution wherein a carrier frequently becomes lost greatly influencing the system, because storing/retrieving is repeated between a plurality of distribution bases of a user after the carrier is stored in one distribution base from a manager (for example, a lender) side. PSOLUTION: The carriers 11 distributed from the lender side to the user side are individually managed by a mounted radio IC tag wherein an identification code is written by a data writer, or an identification code of an identifying medium such as a printed and affixed management card 5.
