Anchor peptides for bioluminescent and fluorescent probes

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the stability of a visualization probe (fluorescence/bioluminescence imaging probe) for detecting and measuring a conformational change caused by the ligand bond of a conventional information recognition protein by bioluminescence or fluorescence and to improve performances of a detection limit, detection range, selectivity, sensitivity, etc. PSOLUTION: An anchor peptide is obtained by introducing a corepressor activation peptide, such as a peptide containing an [LXXIIXXXL] motif derived from a corepressor sequence, as an anchor peptide into a conventional type fluorescence/bioluminescence probe and significantly rearranging the bond order of each element by combined use of a circular permutation (CP).
