High precision arbitrary waveform signal generator

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-precision arbitrary waveform signal generating apparatus which eliminates the need of calibration in practical use.;SOLUTION: In a high-precision arbitrary waveform signal generating apparatus, a DC voltage signal is used as a reference signal, the DC voltage signal is heat-compared with an AC voltage signal which has been created by arbitrarily setting a parameter, using a thermal converter and outputted as DC outputs E_dc, E_ac by performing thermo-electric conversion on that heat. In an error analyzing device, the DC outputs E_dc, E_ac are compared to determine an error of the AC voltage signal and in any arbitrary waveform signal generating device, on the basis of a difference between an effective value of the AC voltage signal and the error, the AC voltage signal is digitally corrected.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
