PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temporarily surface-protecting adhesive sheet having excellent antistatic properties upon releasing from an adherend, and excellent coating transparency; to provide a temporarily surface-protecting adhesive suitable for the adhesive sheet; and to provide an active energy ray-curable resin composition suitable for producing the adhesive. PSOLUTION: The adhesive is prepared by crosslinking a resin composition [I] containing an acrylic resin (A), an unsaturated group-containing compound (B) and an ionic compound (C), with active energy rays.
