The production method of CF₃ CF=CH2 and CF₃ CH=CHF is disclosed. This method, the deviation from hydrogien fluoride doing CF₃ CHFCH₂ F under existing of the deviation from hydrogien fluoride catalyst, includes with the process which produces the product blend which includes CF₃ CF=CH2 and CF₃ CH=CHF and the process which collects description above CF₃ CF=CH2 and CF₃ CH=CHF from the formation blend. In addition as for this invention, (a) the Z isomer of CF₃ CH=CHF and (b) being the composition which includes HF, although HF forms Z CF3CH=CHF and azeotropic combination, it offers the composition which exists at the effective quantity.
