PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an influence analyzer capable of estimating an influence magnitude relation between users even when a friend relationship between the users with each other is unknown, an influence analysis method, and a program.SOLUTION: The influence analyzer 1 uses behavior history information 100 to calculate a user object selection probability being a probability that a user selects an object included in a behavior history of another user. Then, the influence analyzer 1 uses the calculated user object selection probability and the behavior history information to calculate an influence probability being a probability that a certain user is influenced by other users by maximizing a likelihood that indicates the plausibility of an estimated value of the influence probability.
