Solar power subsidy of bidding system

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To largely introduce solar power generation which does not discharge a carbon dioxide.;SOLUTION: Even if the solar power generation is largely introduced, an economic burden is made light by implementing a competitive bid for subsidy for introduction of the solar power generation.
