PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support improvement in a predictive ability of a win/loss of a publicly-managed competition.;SOLUTION: A prediction of a user input in an input section 31 is stored in a prediction table storage section 32, race results from a competition data offerer are stored in a race result storage section 33, every combination pattern of race conditions is stored in a race condition storage section 34, and calculation rules and the like when processing the data are stored in a definition storage section 35. The predictive ability and dividend-getting ability diagnosed by the predictive ability diagnosis section 36 are stored in a predictive ability diagnosis result table storage section 37. A prediction weakness/strength calculation section 38 minutely evaluates a hitting ability, the predictive ability and the dividend-getting ability according patterns based on the previously-diagnosed predictive ability and dividend-getting ability, and stores them in a prediction weakness/strength table storage section 39. A weakness complement section 40 extracts a user's best evaluation and stores it in a weakness complement table storage section 41.
