PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide voting terminal equipment, a memorial voting ticket creation method and a program for conveniently and quickly creating a memorial voting ticket.;SOLUTION: Voting terminal equipment includes: a first voting content acquisition part for acquiring first voting content voted for a competition which has ended; a hit discrimination part for discriminating whether or not the acquired first voting content is a hit voting content; a repayment part for outputting the instruction of repayment when it is discriminated that the first voting content is hit; a creation request acquisition part for acquiring a creation request for creating a memorial voting ticket corresponding to the acquired first voting content; and a memorial ticket creation instruction part for, when it is discriminated that the first voting content is the hit voting content by the hit discrimination part, and when the creation request is acquired by the creation request acquisition part, instructing the creation of the memorial voting ticket based on the first voting content.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
