PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To comprehend content contact on a terminal device more suitably. PSOLUTION: A cellular phone 10 transmits a request for an input format to a collection server 20 when detecting that execution of a broadcast viewing function is ended. Further, a cellular phone 20 displays a questionnaire input picture corresponding to an input format received from the collection server 20 on a monitor 110. Furthermore, the cellular phone 10 generates and transmits content contact data for questionnaire answering including input content contact to the collection server 20 when the content contact as an answer to a questionnaire is input through operation of an operation portion 116 by a user.
