PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet in a diaper for female care capable of preventing feces from entering a pubic part, keeping the dignity of a female receiving care, and reducing physical and mental load of both a care receiver and a care giver. PSOLUTION: The sheet in the diaper for female care includes an abdominal sheet part 11a for covering the abdomen of a female wearer receiving care, a water absorbable sheet part 12 for covering a crotch part excepting an anal part of the female wearer, and a water absorbable projecting part 13 for protecting the recession in inner vaginal lips of the female wearer when wearing. The abdominal sheet part 11a is arranged so as to expand upward from the upper fringe of the water absorbable sheet part 12.
