Laser visual sense compound sensor and welding control manner for welding

P To provide an integrated laser vision sensor for welding and a welding control method in which only one sensor head and only one measuring system are sufficient. PSOLUTION: The integrated laser vision sensor for welding obtains an image of a groove section of laser beam (laser slit beam 25) flooded ON a groove and an image of a molten pool immediately below the arc and an image of an electrode. A laser beam floodlight 24 is arranged ON either forward of or backward of the torch moving direction around a welding torch 22, and an image pickup camera 26 is arranged ON the other side above a torch holder 20. When the combined sensor is used for a laser beam sensor, the laser beam floodlight 24 is set in a posture capable of flooding the laser beam immediately above the groove and the image of the groove section is picked up by the image pickup camera 26. When the combined sensor is used for the vision sensor, the welding torch 22 is set in a posture necessary for the welding with respect to an object 10 to be welded and the image of a molten pool immediately below the arc and the image of the electrode are directly picked up by the image pickup camera 26.
