PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bookbinding system controllable so as to apply folding by taking into consideration a ring punch part based on a folding mode when ring bind bookbinding is further selected by selecting a folding mode.;SOLUTION: The bookbinding system has an image forming device, a paper folding device and a ring binding device. The image forming device has an operation display input means, a means for displaying operation, a means for feeding a document, a means for reading the document and a means for forming image data. The paper folding device has a means for folding and a folding position changing means for folding in a residual paper part of not performing a ring punch when it is the case of setting for performing the ring bind bookbinding. The ring binding device has a means for registering and stacking a paper bundle, a means for performing the ring punch in paper, a means for performing ring binding in the paper, a means for carrying the paper bundle by the ring binding to a stack tray, and a stack means for stacking the paper bundle by the ring binding.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
