PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnet reversing device having a wide range of application for a toy, fortune-telling tool, gift or souvenir product, prize, desktop ornament or time-killing article, and further, for example, various educational devices for a psychological experiment, or the like which has a simple motion of the attraction and repulsion of a permanent magnet, added with an unexpected or accidental factor not controlled artificially to have an increased interest, and to provide a device irregularly activated.;SOLUTION: The magnet reversing device 1 used for a device for attracting and repulsing cases to and from each other, has a non-magnetic case 1 internally formed with a hollow portion including a large hollow portion 3 having a size large enough to reverse and freely move a magnet 6, and a small hollow portion 4 having a size large enough to insert the magnet 6 non-reversibly.
