PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impedance characteristic evaluating method and an impedance characteristic evaluating device, which can guarantee a measurement result of the impedance characteristic that has been measured. PSOLUTION: It is determined whether the sum of impedance on a cathode side and that on an anode side agrees with an impedance as a whole battery, using the impedance on the cathode side, the impedance on the anode side, and the impedance as a whole battery which have been measured. In a similar manner, consistency is determined for film resistance and reactive resistance that have been measured for cathode side, anode side, and whole battery. PCOPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
