When a control means 50 detects, by information from the temperature measurement gauge TEW1a, that the temperature of hot water in the heat storage tank 5 is equal to or below a predetermined temperature for a predetermined time and the hot water has not been used by a predetermined frequency during the predetermined time, the control means switches so that a shutoff valve SVA is closed and shutoff valves SVC, SVB, SVD are opened.
