PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a general estimating method capable of quickly estimating a highly reliable wind pressure factor, in regard to a wind pressure factor of a structure.;SOLUTION: A reading-in step S10 of reading a kind of structure input from an input means and a central value of the structure, an input variable estimating step S20 of estimating an input variable input to a wind pressure factor estimating expression by a statistical method based on the read-in kind and the central value, a wind pressure factor deriving step S30 of deriving an estimating result of the wind pressure factor by applying the input variable estimated as the central value to the wind pressure factor estimating expression and an output step S40 for outputting the derived estimating result of the wind pressure factor to an external output means, are executed by a computer.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
