The invention provides a recycling method and a recycling device of a market-recycled foam resin container, which can recycle the foam resin sheet molding container recycled from the market in short time by using less energy and lower cost compared with the prior art. The foam resin sheet molding container recycled from the market is roughly crushed and formed into roughly crushed materials with an average size approximately being 7-300cm2. After the roughly crushed materials are subjected to necessary cleaning process, the cleaned roughly crushed materials are not heated and dried but subjected to physical dehydration process to control the moisture approximately below 18wt%. After the dehydration process, the roughly crushed materials with moisture being approximately below 18wt% is finely crushed and formed into finely crushed materials with an average size approximately being 0.2-6cm2, and the finely crushed materials are put into a fusion extruder to reduce the volume and fuse the finely crushed materials, and finally a recycled fused resin is produced. The heating drying process is not needed, thus the low energy consumption and low cost are realized.
