The prostate swollen model and simulation model null for prostate operation

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prostate hypertrophy model by which HoLEP operation can be faithfully reproduced to make training, and to provide a simulation model for prostate operation.;SOLUTION: The model is a prostate hypertrophy model 12 in which hypertrophied prostate and the surrounding tissue are reproduced in three dimension, the urethral model part simulated to the urethra is extended from a hollow urinary bladder model part 12a simulated to the urinary bladder, a hypertrophied prostate part 13 forming a ureter stricture part is provided so as to surrounding the urethra of the urethra model part, the hypertrophied prostate part 13 has an inner gland part simulated to a hypertrophied inner gland, outer gland film part covering an outer peripheral surface of the inner gland part, and an adhesive layer arranged at the boundary of the inner gland part and the outer gland membrane part. The adhesive layer is constituted so as to be cut off by a holmium YAG laser in a state in which they are immersed in an electrolyte such as water and physiological salt solution.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
