PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin-improving agent and a blood vessel function-improving agent without having a fear of an allergic symptom etc., and having a high ratio of reaching into blood stream while holding its activity, and a pharmaceutical composition, food, feed and cosmetic containing them. PSOLUTION: The skin-improving agent and blood vessel function-improving agent are provided by containing one or a plurality of compounds selected from the group consisting of a dipeptide Pro-Gly, its salts and derivatives as active ingredients, and having elastin production-accelerating activity in skin fibroblast cells and proliferation-acceleration activity of blood vessel endothelial cells, respectively.
