PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a risk analysis device, capable of easily performing accurate risk analysis on personnel management and business management with high objectivity and high stability. PSOLUTION: In the risk analysis device, based on the number of working days and working hours of attendance data in a predetermined period, scores are assigned to data having a predetermined threshold or more of daily data and continuous analysis data satisfying a predetermined condition, and the total of the scores assigned to the daily unit data and the total of the scores assigned to the continuous analysis data are displayed in association with each other.
