PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning device for vehicle, which can suppress vibrations generated by collision of air blown by intra-cabin blowers and decreasing the vibrations transmitted to a vehicle body, and to provide a railroad vehicle equipped with the air conditioning device for vehicle.;SOLUTION: The air conditioning device 10 for vehicle includes: the intra-cabin blower 11a and intra-cabin blower 11b, which are mounted on a roof of the vehicle body 20 to blow air into a car interior 25; and a guide plate 16a and guide plate 16b for changing the direction in which the air blown from the intra-cabin blower 11a and intra-cabin blower 11b flows; wherein the guide plate 16a and guide plate 16b are arranged under the intra-cabin blower 11a and intra-cabin blower 11b.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
