PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly guide a customer having used an information guide device to a facility.;SOLUTION: A use history storage part stores a use history by a user of the information guide device providing a service related to a facility to the user. A facility importance level calculation part calculates a facility importance level for determining the facility to which the user has to be preferentially guided by use of the use history stored in the use history storage part.
