P To obtain a cylinder lubricating oil composition for a cross-head type diesel engine, having an excellent HEAT resistance and high-temperature cleaning properties and excellent seizing resistance at a high temperature. PSOLUTION: The cylinder lubricating oil composition comprises a lubricant base oil and a metal cleaning agent to be mixed with the base oil and at least one kind of a metal dithiocarbamate selected from a molybdenum dialkyldithiocarbamate and a zinc dialkyldithiocarbamate. The cylinder lubricating oil composition comprises a lubricant base oil, a metal cleaning agent to be mixed with the base oil and a molybdenum dialkyldithiocarbamate and zinc dithiophosphate containing a secondary alkyl group.
