PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer function adjustment device capable of suppressing a peak and dip, and securing stability without changing the whole frequency characteristic greatly even after adjustment.;SOLUTION: A transfer function adjustment device comprises: frequency amplitude characteristic calculating means which calculates a frequency amplitude characteristic of a transfer function; frequency amplitude average value calculating means which calculates an average value of a frequency amplitude; peak and dip extraction means which extracts a peak (dip) exceeding a threshold value from the frequency amplitude characteristic; correction object determination means which determines a transfer function having one peak (dip) where a deviation from the average value of the frequency amplitude is the greatest among all the peaks (dips) as a correction object transfer function, and determines the peak (dip) as a correction object; control object determination means which determines either an extreme or a zero point of a transfer function, which has a deflection angle where a difference between a normalized frequency of a frequency corresponding to the correction object is the smallest, as a control object; and control object transfer means which transfers the control object to a final position where the correction object is settled within the threshold value.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
