PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently secure vertical accuracy of a steel pipe and positional accuracy along two horizontal directions and temporarily fix a lower end of the steel pipe to a base with sufficient strength, without deteriorating installation stability of the steel pipe.;SOLUTION: This base 3 for erecting the steel pipe, which constitutes a structure 1 for erecting the steel pipe, includes four strut materials 22 in total, which are erected on a placing joint concrete surface 6 in the construction of a caisson type pile 2, and a base body 21 which is laid across the strut materials. The base body 21 is constituted by setting the vicinity of the center of H-shaped steel 27 as a joint area, and welding H-shaped steel 28 and H-shaped steel 29 to lateral sides of the joint area from an orthogonal direction, respectively. One end area 30 of the H-shaped steel 27 except the joint area, the other end area 31 thereof, the H-shaped steel 28, and the H-shaped steel 29 constitute four steel pipe placing portions which are arranged in such a manner that the axes of member are set orthogonal to each other and elongated in a radial direction from the center of the base, respectively.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
