The evaluation method which evaluates the property of the differential die transimpedance amplifier in high order accuracy is offered. Four terminals of differential die transimpedance amplifier 100 are jointed to four ports of 4 port vector network analyzers 101 respectively. S parameter of differential die transimpedance amplifier 100 is measured due to 4 port vector network analyzers 101. S parameter S of differential mode is calculated on the basis of the S parameter which_DD was measured. Z parameter Z of differential mode is calculated_DD making use of the S parameter S of the differential mode which_DD was calculated. Transimpedance property Z of differential die transimpedance_DD amplifier 100 is calculated making use of the Z parameter Z of the differential mode which_T was calculated.
