As a sick person is transported, at a transportation base 8-1 a triage tag number 61 is read using a portable IC tag reader 7 from an IC tag 10 imparted to the triage tag 2, and a triage tag information server 5 is asked about information on the sick person. Registered information 92 is displayed in a liquid crystal display of the portable IC tag reader 7 and the current location is selected from a list box.
