PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for adjusting the vacuum of a condenser easily configurable without complicating piping, and to provide a steam turbine plant. PSOLUTION: The device 20 for adjusting the vacuum of the condenser used for the steam turbine plant 10 includes an air ejector 62 extracting air from the condenser 18 by the use of negative pressure that is produced through a venturi effect by a flow of driving air, and a vacuum pump 60 making the driving air flow inside the air ejector 62. The air ejector 62 includes an outside air port 88 and an air conditioning valve 90 as "extracting ability reducing means" for reducing an extracting ability by mixing air in the atmosphere in the driving air taken inside the air ejector 62.
