PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noble communication robot development supporting apparatus facilitating setting of the transition of a complicated action module.;SOLUTION: The communication robot development supporting apparatus (10) supports the development of a communication robot (12). Sequence display means layers the transition of an action module into a main sequence at the highest level and a sub sequence lower than the main sequence and individually displays a main sequence screen 312 corresponding to the main sequence and a sub sequence screen 314 corresponding to the sub sequence, respectively. For example, in the main sequence screen 312, a main sequence is prepared, based on a behavior icon 304 corresponding to the action module, a sequence icon 320 corresponding to the sub sequence and a transition line 306 showing an execution order of the action module by connecting between the icons. In the sub sequence screen 314, for example, a subsequence is prepared, based on the behavior icon 304 and the transition line 306.
