PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a Pd electrode film excellent in high-temperature durability and stability.;SOLUTION: An electrode for an NTC thermistor is composed of a Pd electrode. The Pd electrode is obtained by applying electrode material paste containing Pd as a main component to a wafer surface of a thermistor element by using the paste obtained by mixing an organic vehicle with metallic powder of at least one sort and more of Mn, Co, Ni and Fe as a binder and baking the paste. The mixing ratio of the electrode material paste containing Pd as a main component to the binder paste obtained by mixing the organic vehicle with the metal powder of at least one sort and more of Mn, Co, Ni and Fe is 100:1 to 100:50 in weight ratio.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
