PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a Pd electrode film excellent in high-temperature durability and stability.;SOLUTION: An electrode for an NTC thermistor is composed of a Pd electrode. The Pd electrode is obtained by applying electrode material paste containing Pd as a main component to a wafer surface of a thermistor element by using the paste obtained by mixing an organic vehicle with metallic powder of at least one sort and more of Mn, Co, Ni and Fe as a binder and baking the paste.
