PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform deterioration diagnosis of a dehumidifying unit, such as a dehumidifying rotor, while preventing increase of a supply air dew point due to deterioration of the dehumidifying unit.;SOLUTION: A dehumidifier 1 includes: section dividing cassettes 12, 13 which divides the dehumidifying unit 11 into at least two zones comprising a dehumidifying zone 11a for dehumidifying air to be dehumidified by passing the air therethrough and a regeneration zone 11b for regenerating dehumidifying ability of the dehumidifying unit 11 by passing temperature-controlled air therethrough; and a control arithmetic device CU which allots the dehumidifying unit 11 to the respective divided zones in turn and repeatedly, controls the velocity of changing the zone so that the humidity of the air dehumidified by being passed through the dehumidifying zone 11a is within a predetermined range, and determines the degree of progress of deterioration of the dehumidifying unit 11 based on the velocity of changing the zone at the diagnosis.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
