PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas-barrier sheet whose structure has higher gas-barrier properties without damaging the merit of a moisture absorbing film, a method for producing the gas-barrier sheet, a seal using the gas-barrier sheet, and an apparatus using the seal.;SOLUTION: The gas-barrier sheet 1A seals at least the upper surface and side of a sealed object 5 arranged on a substrate 7. The gas-barrier sheet 1A includes a base material 2, a gas-barrier film 3 formed on the base material 2, and a moisture absorbing film 4 formed on the gas-barrier film 3.
