From alcohol, being the catalytic converter in order to produce the olefin of the number of carbon atoms which one are larger than the number of carbon of the said alcohol atoms at least, the catalytic converter, and production manner etc at least the surface substantially consists of the zirconia of the olefin where which uses this are disclosed.
