PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit an X-ray marker provided in a center guide to be easily matched with an X-ray irradiation direction and a lug screw to be accurately and surely stuck by providing a sight permitting the X-ray irradiation direction to be confirmed in the target device in the center guide additionally provided at the target device used to stick the lug screw from a nail inserted into the thigh bone. PSOLUTION: In the surgical instrument for treating thigh bone fracture which includes the target device 1 connected to the upper part of the nail inserted into the thigh bone, and the center guide 14 provided with the X-ray marker as the guide of the lug screw stuck from the target device, the X-ray marker is made of two wall-like pieces having a depth in the X-ray irradiation direction, and the sight matched with the center line of a lug screw sticking hole is provided in a guide pin projection place in the target device or the nail.
