PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means and method of sorting groups of risk factors for the onset of diseases attributable to the bacteria Helicobacter pylori, while particularly assessing the risk of developing stomach cancer among Helicobacter pylori carriers. PSOLUTION: Helicobacter pylori CagY antigen includes an amino acid sequence comprising a specific sequence or an amino acid sequence that is substantially the same as the former. A vector includes a gene sequence that encodes an amino acid sequence comprising a specific sequence or an amino acid sequence that is substantially the same as the former. A sorting method of specimen originating from high-risk factors of developing diseases attributable to Helicobacter pylori, includes a process of measuring the quantity of antibody that recognizes the antigen within the specimen originating from Helicobacter pylori carrier subjects, and a process of assessing, based on the quantity of the antibodies measured, that the concerned specimen originates from the high-risk factors of developing diseases attributable to Helicobacter pylori.
