PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method for automatically extending the validity of encrypted information, and to provide a program.;SOLUTION: An encrypted information validity extending system includes a service server 13 for encrypting person information to be presented for a user of an information terminal 14 by using a common key, encrypting the common key using a public key, and generating the encrypted personal information and the encrypted common key; a key management server 11 for generating a public key certificate to be used for the service server 13 for generating the encrypted personal information and the encrypted common key together with a private key, constituting a key pair of the public key certificate in response to a request from a portal server 12, and holding and managing these public key certificate and private key; and the portal server 12 for acquiring the encrypted personal information and the encrypted common key form the service server 13, setting the validity of the public key certificate used for generating the encrypted personal information and the encrypted common key, and holding the encrypted personal information and the encrypted common key inside a personal information database (DB).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
