PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell stack for a secondary battery of electrolyte circulation type, which can effectively prevent electrolyte from leaking to the outside and which can realize an improved working efficiency in assemblage thereof, and a secondary battery of electrolyte circulation type using the cell stack.SOLUTION: A cell stack 1 comprises a cell frame 2, a positive electrode 3, a separator 4 and a negative electrode 5 laminated in this order, and also a seal member 11 intervening between the separator 4 and the cell frame 2. The seal member 11 is formed of an ultraviolet-curing resin.
