PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an off-line programming method and an off-line programming system for creating an operation program of a robot by using TP (Teach Pendant) and operating OLPS (Off-line Programming System) implemented on a personal computer. PSOLUTION: In the off-line programming method and system, a TP key code by operations of a key group for inputting teaching data of the robot is transmitted from TP 100 having a keyboard 106 including the key group. An off-line programming device 200 receives the transmitted key code TP and converts the TP key code into an OLPS key code.
